The 20 posters at a glance
The boat and the sailboat, a subject of their own in vintage decor
A port, a lighthouse, a colorful hull on the water: the boat and the sailboat are a graphic subject in themselves, beyond the destination they represent. Our posters in this theme put the boat front and center, in an Art Deco style.
The ports of Brittany and the English Channel
The three-master moored at the foot of the Saint-Malo ramparts, the port of Honfleur and its Norman facades, the sailors and sailboats of Lorient, the lighthouses of the wild Breton coast: this shoreline offers some of the most popular posters in the collection.
The ports of the Mediterranean
The yellow sailboats of the port of Collioure, the calanque and boat of Cassis, the Mediterranean port of Sète, Ajaccio and the Tino Rossi port in Corsica, or the sailboats of the French Riviera: each Mediterranean port has its own color and light.
Stopovers farther afield
San Francisco Bay and its white sailboat, the bridge and sailboats of Vancouver, the boats on the Douro in Porto, and the yawls and sailboats of Martinique extend the collection to stopovers beyond France.

Where to hang a boat or sailboat poster
A hallway, an entryway or a living room with a nautical mood is a good home for this type of poster. Several different ports make a coherent gallery wall, each keeping its own sense of place.
Lake Bourget, sailing without the sea
The Aix-les-Bains poster shows a white sailboat on Lake Bourget, at the foot of the mountains, seen from a pink balustrade: lake sailing in Savoy, far from the seaports already described.
Palavas-les-Flots, another Mediterranean town
The Palavas-les-Flots poster adds a seaside scene, with its fishing boat beached on the sand and its lighthouse in the distance: another Mediterranean town, beyond Collioure, Cassis, Sète, Ajaccio and the French Riviera already mentioned.
Bangkok, a stopover in Asia
The Bangkok poster opens a stopover in Asia, with its boats in front of the Temple of Dawn in pink and ochre tones: a geography even more distant than San Francisco, Vancouver or Porto already mentioned.

Frequently asked questions
You often ask us
What’s the difference between a boat poster and a seaside poster?
A seaside poster shows the beach, the cabins or the parasols; a boat or sailboat poster places the boat itself at the center of the image, in a port or at sea.
Can you combine several boat posters together?
Yes, as a gallery wall: a Breton port, a Mediterranean port and a more distant stopover go well together as long as they share the same subject, the boat or the sailboat.
