Frequently asked questions

How long until I receive my first commissions?
Commissions are validated 14 days after the referral’s order (withdrawal period). Monthly payout from €20 accumulated.

Can I use my promo code BIENVENUE10 in addition to my ambassador link?
Yes, your referrals can combine your link (which doesn’t change their price) with a welcome promo code. This boosts your conversion rate.

Which orders does the commission apply to?
Any order placed through your link within 30 days of the first visit, for carts of €30 or more. Packs and large orders count in full.

Is there a minimum number of sales to stay in the program?
No. You can remain an ambassador even with no sales for several months. We don’t remove inactive ambassadors.

My audience is small, is it worth it?
Absolutely. An engaged audience of 200 people often converts better than a cold audience of 10,000. Quality matters more than quantity.
