Cross-country skiing in the Jura fir forests poster

Jura poster, cross-country skiing in the fir forests

On a snowy trail, a cross-country skier glides between the firs of the Jura. Further off, rounded mountains and a lone farmhouse form a calm, expansive mid-mountain landscape. This Jura poster rests on 3 colors: the white of the snow, the dark green of the conifers and the pale light of winter. The skier’s movement, alone in this setting, conveys a sense of silence and fresh air. The title “JURA” is set in an illustrated travel poster style.

A cross-country skiing poster for the chalet

It fits right in at a chalet, in an entryway where skis are stored, in a living room or a bedroom. Its deep greens and whites pair well with raw wood, wool, plaid blankets and stone. Combined with other mountain or winter sports posters, it makes a wall with a cozy mountain-refuge feel. It’s a gift for a cross-country skier, a family from the Jura, a Nordic hiking fan or friends who spend their winter vacations in the Jura.
